Helianthus x Helianthus

'Lemon Queen' - An up and coming tall fall border plant. Many 2" lemon yellow flowers on 5' plants blooming in August. Moist to well drained soil in full sun.

flowers July and August into September. An improvement over
'Summer Sun'. Full sun to light shade with moist soil.

'Hall's Pink' (dip) - A melon pink in July on 24" stems. At this 4 1/2 " 2.00
height it should go well with any size daylily.

'Palace Purple' / select - 1991 Perennial Plant of the Year. Has a ruffled texture with purple leaves and 18"+ sprays of white 1.75 flowers in July. Very hardy and overwinters well in containers.  Ours are grown from select seed to ensure deep red leaves

'04 'Amethyst Myst' - Large wavy foliage has deep purple color
and silvered veins with red bleeding into them. Good vigor too.
Part sun, well drained soil.

'Montrose Ruby' - Large bronze leaves with some silver and green veining. Red undersides on tough, long lived plants. Prefers dry shade.

'Silver Scrolls' (PP# 12,066) - One of the showiest new varieties. This one has a smaller habit and leaves that are brighter purple with very distinct silver patches. Small, creamy, white bell flowers in July have a pink tinge. Well drained to dry soil, shade to part shade.

'Dayglow Pink' (PP# 12,164) - Deep pink foamy wands on 15" stems above mostly green foliage in tight mounds.

Hibiscus moscheutos Hardy Hibiscus/Rose Mallow

'04 'Blue River II' - A pure white form with 12" flowers in September on 5' plants. Available in June.

 

Houstonia caerulea Bluets

A mini woodland plant that blooms in May and then sporadically all year. 5" tall. Likes moist soil and part shade
